As soon as I saw Thunderstorm I was excited. Not only was she (along with her sister)
the first doe kid(s) born out of my favorite doe in six years, but I could just see that they
were both a step above the others. Thunderstorm has all of her mother's wonderful
general appearance, but she's a longer taller bone pattern, one of the things we wanted to
fix with Tornado. Thunderstorm was the 2nd place Sr. Kid at the 2008 ADGA National
Show! She was mentioned as the closest competition to the reserve Jr Champion as well!
"Storm" earned her dry leg at the Van Wert County Fair, then went on to win Jr
Champion at the prestigious NAILE show. Thunderstorm was named the 2008 Reserve
All-American Sr. Kid, her littermate was All-American!
In 2009, Storm made the trip 2500 miles (one-way) to the ADGA National Show, where
she was the 3rd place Sr. Dry Yearling!
Storm's third consecutive National Show appearance resulted in yet another top 5
placing! At the 2010 ADGA National Show, Storm placed 4th in the two year-old class!
She also teamed with paternal sisters Lilly (2010 National Champion and Res Udder)
and Laila to win the 1st place Best 3 Sr Does, and 1st Place Sr Get-Of-Sire!
Storm is the 2010 OBA Reserve All-American Two Year-Old!
