Ober-Boerd Samba
Samba is another Chet daughter, and only the second Saturn daughter. We are very pleased with the
way this doe holds herself. She has been shown just 6 times in 2009 and was 5 x 1st place! Her strength
of dairy character is something we did not question when we planned the breeding, but her improved
general appearance, levelness between thurls and width throughout were what we had hoped for from
Chet. She has slightly more substance than her mother, but we'd still like to see a bit more. She went
to our first dual-ring show in 2010, where she was 1x1st and 1x 2nd, and 2x Jr Res. Champion! She has
freshened with a lovely mammary system, and has been a competitive 2 year-old in 2011.
